FinSuites bundles tools you would otherwise run in six separate programs. That makes the interface look big at first. Once you understand the six main areas, you will find everything without searching.
Step by step
- DashboardYour home screen with the key numbers: new contacts, open deals, booked appointments, revenue. Use it to start your day, not to work in.
- ConversationsThe central inbox. Email, WhatsApp, SMS and webchat come together here in one thread per contact. If you keep only one area open, make it this one.
- ContactsYour database. Every lead, customer and inquiry lands here with full history. Smart lists let you filter audiences, for example everyone from a specific campaign.
- Opportunities and pipelinesYour sales processes as a kanban view. Each card is a deal, each column a stage. This is where you see at a glance where business is stuck.
- Marketing and sitesWhere you build funnels, landing pages, forms and email campaigns, and schedule social media posts.
- AutomationsThe workshop for workflows. What gets built here runs without you afterwards: follow-ups, appointment reminders, lead assignment, review requests.
Tip: The search at the top finds contacts across the whole account. Instead of clicking through lists, just type the name or phone number.
Common issues
A menu item is missing for me. Available features depend on your plan and your user role. What you cannot see is either not enabled or not visible to your role.
What comes next
The fastest path to a first result: import contacts, create a pipeline and start your first workflow.
