The first ten minutes decide how fast you can work afterwards. If company data, time zone and sender details are right from the start, you will not have to fix them later in every funnel, every email and every calendar.
Requirements
Step by step
- Add company detailsOpen the settings and enter your full company name, address and contact details under business information. This data is inserted automatically in many places, including email footers.
- Set time zone and languageSet the time zone to your location. This matters more than it sounds: appointment booking, workflow wait times and scheduled campaigns all follow it. A wrong time zone sends your campaign in the middle of the night.
- Complete your profile and add usersFill in your personal profile with name, photo and phone number. If you work in a team, invite your colleagues now and assign their roles instead of adding access later.
- Define your sender emailEnter the email address your messages are sent from. Use an address on your own domain, never a free email provider, otherwise deliverability suffers noticeably.
- Review notificationsDecide what you want to be notified about: new leads, incoming messages, booked appointments. Too many notifications mean you ignore them, too few mean inquiries sit unanswered.
Common issues
I cannot see some settings. Your role is missing permissions. A user with admin rights can unlock them for you.
My changes do not apply everywhere. Some details are copied once when a page or email is created. Existing elements need to be updated manually.
